The Bamformatics project aims to provide a coherent and consistent approach to analysis of high-throughput sequencing data. Its toolkit includes, among others, programs to identify variants and to compute various types genomic tracks. qtFit is a program used to fit ASCII data. The graphical user interface (GUI) of qtFit is designed using QT software. The regression is done using CERN’s MINUIT routine and plotting is perfomed with the QCustomPlot library.
