It also made it easier to do manage the network by limiting some computers access to the local network only. Creating closed networks. And it also worked as a database over all our computers and equipment, making it easier to keep track of everything.

A script written in pure PHP that can easily generate dynamic surveys based off of included template CSV (comma separated value) files. Setting up the script is as simple as editing the template file and transferring the directory to a server.
