    xxHash

    xxHash

    Extremely fast non-cryptographic hash algorithm

xxHash is an extremely fast non-cryptographic hash algorithm, working at RAM speed limit. It is proposed in four flavors (XXH32, XXH64, XXH3_64bits and XXH3_128bits). The latest variant, XXH3, offers improved performance across the board, especially on small data. It successfully completes the SMHasher test suite which evaluates collision, dispersion and randomness qualities of hash functions.

    Naeon

    Naeon

The safest way to store private data in untrusted (cloud) environments

...The payload is then sharded into one private chunk — holding the encryption key and part of the data — and multiple equal-sized public chunks, each renamed to its SHA-512 hash and given a uniform timestamp to prevent metadata inference. A private filename conversion table preserves the concatenation order needed for restoration. Together these measures guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and availability regardless of storage provider trustworthiness. Threshold Key Sharing extends this further by splitting the private key, eliminating the single point of failure.

    Eristic Cryptographic Toolkit

    Eristic Cryptographic Toolkit

Open source 8 bit random number generator

...Earlier versions of Eris and Discordia (ver. 1-3) were my attempt at crypto software and should NOT be used for anything that needs true security. Version 7 has been reduced to a simple non secure random number generator and hashing function. If you need high quality random numbers or a 512 bit hash with a small code footprint in an 8 bit environment, Eris 7 may be a good choice, at least the AI's say so.

    PetoronHash-System

    PetoronHash-System

    PHASH | post-quantum XOF hashing algorithm | C++20

PHASH is a self-contained, dependency-free, post-quantum XOF hashing algorithm implemented in modern C++20. This release delivers the first fully stable production implementation of the PetoronHash-System — a 1600-bit sponge-based hash function with domain separation, extendable output, and deterministic behavior. Key Features No external dependencies — pure C++20 implementation. Extendable Output (XOF) — supports arbitrary output length (256–8192+ bits). Post-quantum oriented design — ARX-based sponge resistant to Grover-type attacks. Context and salt separation — unique hashing domains for each use-case. ...

    AAD-50

    AAD-50

AAD-50 is an open-source NVMe sanitization framework that closes a 15-year verification gap in Linux nvme-cli. The standard nvme sanitize command returns immediately after acceptance without confirming the drive actually completed the background erasure. AAD-50 fixes this by polling NVMe Log Page 0x81 (Sanitize Status) after every cycle and refusing to advance until SSTAT=0x1 confirms hardware completion. Implements a 50-cycle B→C→A phase matrix: 40 cycles NAND overwrite, 5 FTL block...

    Hash Latch
The hash latch generates keys in a manner similar to how some cryptocurrencies are mined. It takes a string and brute-forces a prefix for it so that the hash of the string with the prefix has a certain number of leading zeroes. But that alone would've been too easy to hack. To prevent an attacker from forging the keys by generating a new prefix: the hash latch doesn't output the keys in the plaintext.

    WinHasher

Very simple file and text hashing tool for Windows

Tiny script will find hash digest of files or text by calling on Microsoft's "certutil.exe", using MD4, MD5, SHA1, SHA256, SHA384, or SHA512. Simple and self explanatory. *EDIT 5/3/25, I just realized that there is another project entitled "WinHasher", it appears to kind of do the same thing but uses native code rather than Microsoft's "certutil". If that's what you're looking for, it's here: https://github.com/gpfjeff/winhasher

    HashApp

python software for cracking and creating SHA and MD5 hashes

A python software that can be used for encrypting text in SHA384, SHA512, SHA224, SHA1, SHA256 and MD5; or for cracking six different types of hashes, namely SHA384, SHA512, SHA224, SHA1, SHA256 and MD5 through a dictionary attack using an online txt file. You need to have python 3 or above installed to run this progam. If you would like to change the online dictionary URL for hash decryption, use CTRL+F in your text editor and search for this line: LIST_OF_WORDS = str(urlopen('https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dwyl/english-words/master/words.txt').read(), 'utf-8') Change the url in the urlopen function and replace all instances with your version of the above line. TraySafe

    TraySafe

Elegant and reliable profile data storage

...The serious perk of the app is that all the info is saved as encrypted data in the data.tsf file in the program directory. The simple yet effective encryption algorithm has a password hash, salt key and vigenère cipher key that are changed with every update. The only thing you have to do when updating is to delete the .tsf files and re-enter all your info again so that it can be encrypted using the new parameters. Detailed How-To can be found in the project wiki.

    CSVHashCrack Suite

    CSVHashCrack Suite

    Multi hash crack suite

This script is capable of cracking multiple hashes from a CSV-file like e.g. dumps from sqlmap. Over 17.000 md5-hashes in a CSV-file get cracked with a 14.300.000 lines wordlist in less then 1 min. Lines wich cant get cracked with the wordlist get stored in a .leftToCrack-File to further process with another Wordlist or the bruteforce-tool. In addition to the wordlist-cracker I created also a bruteforce-tool named CSVHashBrutforcer.
