"Sally - A Simple C++ IDE" is a simple development environment for WindowsXP or upper. The program is written in the C# programming language, and requires the Framework .Net 1.1 to run. It might work on Win98 or ME, but it has not been tested yet.

The Z83 C Compiler is an optimizing cross compiler for a language very similar to C targeted toward the TI83+. The output from the compiler may be assembled with TASM (http://home.comcast.net/~tasm/) or ZASM (http://lpg.ticalc.org/prj_zasm/).

Ofront+ is a tool that translates programs in Oberon dialects into semantically equivalent C programs. Full error analysis is performed on the Oberon input program and in case of no errors up to three files are generated as output. Ofront+ does not invoke the C compiler or linkage editor. This may be done in separate shell scripts or make files and is inherently dependent on the C compiler and linkage editor being used. Although normally not read by the user, the C code generated by Ofront+ is kept as readable as possible, nicely formatted, should not produce any C compiler error messages or warnings and is tuned for efficient execution. In fact, an Oberon program translated by Ofront+ can be expected to execute as fast and read as well as an equivalent hand-coded C program. Ofront+ is based on Ofront by Software Templ OEG. Tiny Pascal for TI8x is a full Pascal and Assembly language tool chain for Texas Instrument TI-8x calculators. It allows production of programs and application for TI83+ and TI84 calculators.
