Our second homebrew retro game. This time we decided to use z80 assembly language and the Sega Master System. The game is more playable than Grail of the Laval Kingdom but not all that much. This game was largely an educational exercise and it certainly did teach us plenty. -

The World Conquest Console Game
A TBS game written in C++ but the twist is its only console based.
...The game should get up to the point where it has a text based map, more than 6 territories, and good AI. I have never made AI so it might not be perfect. This project will range from 1-4 months and is COMPLETELY opensource. You can change and share the code but share my link to sourceforge. First rate and i try and add a mac version. Five rates and a try and add a DOS version. 8 Rates and I add the current source code. Only the source for prev. version will be released for now. Kenny ClassIQ (read Kenny Classic) is something like my dream project. It is a chess engine with pure object oriented programming with close-to-real-world representation of the game inside the program using OOPS. Initially I thought of doing a similar thing in C++, but after trying to develop my other chess engine Kenny in this route, I found out that it is a difficult task, and switched to using Java for the programming instead. -
