Open Source MinGW/MSYS2 Console Games

A open-source NES emulator for the Nintendo DS. It can be compiled with GCC(devkitPRO/devkitARM, the version supported) or ADS(the original version, no update).

nsnake is a clone of the classic snake game that we all used to play on our cellphones. You play this game on the terminal, with textual interface. It has a gui-like interface on the console, with many settings and possible game modes. Note that it depends on `ncurses` and `yaml-cpp`. Text-based adventure game; can you find enough magic rings and incriminating documents to indict and retire all the politicians before your HP runs out?

This program emulate the Sega's System 16 arcade boards used by many Sega arcade game between 1987 & 1989 like Shinobi, Altered Beast or E-Swat. There is more than 20 existing System 16 games. The System 16 board uses a Motorola 68000 cpu at 10Mhz for the main program and a Z80 and on YM2151 for the sound. The actual version of the emulator emulate many more than the single System 16 board because now you can play with System 18 games like Shadow Dancer, with pre-System 16 games like Quartet II and even with some dual 68000 games like Hang-On and Space Harrier. This program is an emulator and it needs roms to run, please, don't e-mail be to get roms, i'll ignore your requests !

This project is for the Fort Myers High School Technology Student Association club, and is apart of the Video Game division. We will be creating a video game from scratch and registering it into a contest, with the best hopes of winning :)

Quantum Chess provides an alternative to traditional chess ai which is based on branching, iterations, and historical plays databases. Instead Quantum Chess models each piece as a wave function between other pieces on the board allowing the discovery of optimal continuous paths. Please see the discussion page on where to begin. The theoretical advantage of Quantum Chess is that it automatically prunes redundant moves unlike iterative/branching models while maintaining strategy-like behavior completely unlike both chess AIs and humans. It is intended as an experiment to play against itself, and later to interface to other computers and humans. This should help form the basis for understanding real-world problems in a completely different way. Let this be an experiment into how we think about objects and waves as much as a viable ai chess alternative.

An open-source, SDL based, game engine to replicate old style Rockman (aka Megaman) games, being as close as possible of Rockman 1-6, and an editor made with Qt, for custom graphics, weapons, bosses, enemies and level creation. Curious mad fan of sudoku, I've been pretty disappointed to always find programs processing all cases. For us "humans", it's unusable. That's why I've had in mind so far to create one which could help us (giving hints) if we're stumped.
