    RE/flex lexical analyzer generator

    RE/flex lexical analyzer generator

The regex-centric, fast lexical analyzer generator for C++

A C++ high-performance regex library and Flex-compatible lexical analyzer generator with full Unicode support, new indentation anchors, lazy quantifiers, and many other modern features. Accepts Flex lexer specification syntax and is compatible with Bison/Yacc parsers. Generates reusable source code that is easy to understand. Supports fast scanning of UTF-8/16/32 files, strings, and streams. The reflex scanner generator generates clean C++ lexer class code that is thread-safe. Generates Graphviz files to visualize state machine DFAs. RE/flex works seamlessly with Bison. Language: C++ License: BSD-3 Documentation: https://www.genivia.com/doc/reflex/html/index.html Repository: https://github.com/Genivia/RE-flex Changelog: see SF-README.md

    UniCC LALR(1) Parser Generator

    UniCC LALR(1) Parser Generator

Parser generator, targetting C, C++, Python, JavaScript, JSON and XML

UniCC (UNIversal Compiler-Compiler) compiles an augmented grammar definition into a program source code that parses the described grammar. Because UniCC is intended to be target-language independent, it can be configured via template definition files to emit parsers in almost any programming language. UniCC comes with out of the box support for the programming languages C, C++, Python (both 2.x and 3.x) and JavaScript. Parsers can also be generated into JSON and XML.

    Coco/S Parser Generator

    Coco/S Parser Generator

    Parser Generator based on Coco/R

Coco/S is a compiler generator that takes plain EBNF grammar files and features a SAX style call back API. It is written in Java and produces a Java Scanner (Lexer) and Parser for the language described by the input grammar. Coco/S is a branch of the 2010/11 release of Coco/R for Java. While Coco/R takes an attributed grammar file, Coco/S has a callback API. This has the advantage of a clean separation between grammar (EBNF) and Compiler/Interpreter.

    Hogan.js

    Hogan.js

A compiler for the Mustache templating language

Hogan.js is a 2.5k JS templating engine developed at Twitter. Use it as a part of your asset packager to compile templates ahead of time or include it in your browser to handle dynamic templates. If you're developing with Node.js, just use NPM to add the Hogan package. Hogan.js was developed against the mustache test suite, so everything that holds true for templates is also the case for hogan.js. That means you get variables, sections, lambdas, partials, filters, and everything else you've...

qtFlexC++ is a tool for generating scanners: programs which recognized lexical patterns in text. qtFlexC++ reads the given input files for a description of a scanner to generate. The description is in the form of pairs of regular expressions and C++ code, called rules. qtFlexC++ generates as output a C++ source and include file, `lexyy.cpp` and `lexyy.h`, which defines a class `lexyy'. This file is compiled with your code to produce an executable. When the executable is run, it analyzes its input for occurrences of the regular expressions. ...

qtBisonC++ is a general-purpose parser generator that converts a grammar description for an LALR(1) context-free grammar into a QT C++ program to parse that grammar. qtBisonC++ reads the given input files for a description of a scanner to generate. The description is in the form of grammar in Backus-Naur Form (BNF), called rules. qtBisonC++ generates as output a C++ source and include file, `lexyy.cpp` and `lexyy.h`, which defines a class `lexyy'. This file is compiled with your code to produce an executable. When the executable is run, it analyses its input to verify that its correspond to the grammar.

Styx is a scanner and parser generator designed to address some shortcomings of the traditional lex/yacc combination. It has unique features like automatic derivation of depth grammar, production of the derivation tree including it's C interface which provides access to the abstract syntax tree, preservation of full source information and pretty printing to facilitate source-source translation, persistence to aid rapid interpreter writing. For application in contemporary computing...
