To be able to use this project you have to know:

There is no user interface.
If you manually fill the database's tables you will be able to:
a) call the Virtual Emergency Service raising a real or similated emergency
b) immediately get an alert SMS and e-mail (no SSL support right now)
c) record your help message that will send via e-mail after the hangup
The SMS and the e-mail are translated in the language of the contacted person
