    jaggr

    jaggr

    JSON Aggregation CLI

...The main goal of this tool is to prepare data for plotting with jplot. So here we give a stream of real-time requests to jaggr standard input and request the aggregation of the code and latency fields. For the code, we request a histogram with some known error codes with an "other" bucket defined by *. The latency field is aggregated using minimum, maximum, and mean. In addition, @count adds an extra field indicating the total number of lines aggregated. The = sign can be used on any field to rename it, here we use it to say that the count is an rps as we are using the default aggregation time of 1 second.

    PlaystoreDownloader

    PlaystoreDownloader

A command line tool to download Android applications

...After an initial (one-time) configuration, applications can be downloaded by specifying their package name. There are two ways of getting a working copy of PlaystoreDownloader on your own computer: either by using Docker or by using directly the source code in a Python 3 environment. In both cases, the first thing to do is to get a local copy of this repository, so open up a terminal in the directory where you want to save the project and clone the repository. Apart from valid Google Play Store credentials, the only requirement of this project is a working Python 3 (at least 3.7) installation and pipenv (for dependency management).

    create-react-library

    create-react-library

CLI for creating reusable react libraries

create-react-library is a command-line tool that scaffolds out a boilerplate for building reusable React component libraries. Instead of repeatedly setting up build configs, bundling, testing, linting, and publishing scaffolding, this tool gives you a ready-to-go structure so you can focus on writing your components. The scaffold includes configuration for bundling, building, and publishing; typical build setups (e.g. bundler, transpilation) are preconfigured, likely with support for modern...

    Unused

    Unused

A command line tool to identify unused code

Unused identifies unused code in Rails, Phoenix, and other types of applications, improving developer productivity. By default, unused leverages a different memory allocator called mimalloc. jdbc2csv.jar

    Command-line sql JDBC tool

...To connect to a specific DBMS the tool uses its JDBC driver. The result of the executed 'select' query is displayed in CSV format ( different standards are supported ). When there is an error the tool stops with exit code 1 and the error message is output on stderr. jdbc2csv is created with a main purpose to be used in shell-scripts. Relatively easy to configurate, this tool is suitable for queries ‘select’, ‘update’ and ‘delete’. I think that is not suitable for a large number of requests, like 'insert'.

    Semantic

    Semantic

Parsing, analyzing, and comparing source code across many languages

semantic is a Haskell library and command line tool for parsing, analyzing, and comparing source code. Run semantic --help for complete list of up-to-date options. Semantic uses tree-sitter to generate parse trees, but layers in a more generalized notion of syntax terms across all supported programming languages. We'll see why this is important when we get to diffs and program analysis, but for now let's just inspect some output.

    horizon

    horizon

Horizon is a realtime, open-source backend for JavaScript apps

...Building realtime apps now requires understanding and manually orchestrating multiple systems across the software stack, understanding distributed stream processing, and learning how to deploy and scale realtime systems. The learning curve is quite steep, and most of the initial work involves boilerplate code that is far removed from the primary task of building a realtime app.

    Converts quoted-printable, UTF-8, UTF-16BE, UTF16LE to 8-bit.

Command-line tool to decode text which has undergone MIME-typical encoding into (ISO-8859) 8-bit --- without having or parsing the relevant MIME type declarations.
