Dec 2013 update: The Skype Diceroller has become officially obsolete. Skype announced that they are discontinuing support for the Skype API, which the project depends on in order to read chat message data. Unfortunately, there isn't an alternative mechanism currently available to that would support the diceroller's functionality. This project is essentially on hiatus until a new API or other means of retrieving chat data from Skype becomes available. Thank you all for downloading. It was fun to work on this project, and I hope to work on it more. August 3rd 2013 update: DiceRoller v2.0 is now v2.1! The dice roll parsing and result mechanism has been offloaded to Lua, The current script is bare-bones, but more features will be added over time, and you can add them yourself without the need for downloading/compiling source code. Version 2.1 is currently in beta.

For more details about the ideas and concepts behind ChatterBot see the process flow diagram. The language independent design of ChatterBot allows it to be trained to speak any language. Additionally, the machine-learning nature of ChatterBot allows an agent instance to improve it’s own knowledge of possible responses as it interacts with humans and other sources of informative data. An untrained instance of ChatterBot starts off with no knowledge of how to communicate. Each time a user enters a statement, the library saves the text that they entered and the text that the statement was in response to. As ChatterBot receives more input the number of responses that it can reply increase. -

It works by loading a custom DLL when Discord starts. The tool intercepts how Discord reads proxy-related environment information and returns the proxy address provided through launch parameters. Its main goal is to solve cases where users only want Discord traffic to go through a proxy while the rest of the computer keeps normal networking behavior. It supports manual setup and also points users toward a companion launcher for easier configuration. Because it relies on DLL loading behavior inside a desktop app, it should be treated as an advanced unofficial workaround rather than a normal Discord setting. -
