    Kimi K3 in C

    Kimi K3 in C

A 2.78-trillion-parameter Kimi K3 running inference on a single CPU

Kimi K3 in C is a portable C99 inference engine built to run the 2.78-trillion-parameter Kimi K3 model on CPUs without BLAS, machine-learning frameworks, or GPUs. It demonstrates inference from a roughly 1.56 TB checkpoint with measured memory use as low as 8.24 GB. The runtime streams model trunk layers and routed experts from disk instead of keeping all weights resident in memory. Memory presets balance pinned layers and an expert LRU cache for laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers. Incremental generation preserves KV cache and recurrent state between tokens. ...

    h3-metal

    h3-metal

MiniMax H3 inference engine for Mac computers

...Users can trade speed, quality, and memory through denoising steps, layer counts, reuse modes, token reduction, internal render size, and SSD streaming. Optional terminal previews show intermediate and final frames during generation. The engine uses the original BF16 checkpoint and provides profiling tools for timing, Metal execution, tensor memory, allocations, and dispatch counts.

    Distributed MultiThreaded Checkpointing

    Distributed MultiThreaded Checkpointing

    Checkpoint/Restart functionality for Linux processes

...For the newest releases of DMTCP, please go to: https://github.com/dmtcp/dmtcp Among the applications supported by DMTCP are MPI (various implementations), OpenMP, MATLAB, Python, Perl, R, and many programming languages and shell scripting languages. With the use of TightVNC, it can also checkpoint and restart X-Window applications. The OpenGL library for 3D-graphics is supported through a special plugin. It also has strong support for HPC (High Performance Computing) environments, including MPI and SLURM, through the github MANA project: https://github.com/mpickpt/mana

    Cray Containment Domains

    Cray Containment Domains

Containment Domains are a framework for computational resiliency

CDs can be thought of as a mechanism to support fine-grained, hierarchical, application-directed, uncoordinated checkpoint and restore. Containment Domains (CDs) were created to allow an application to recover in the face of various types of component failures, including hard (e.g. persistent) and soft (e.g. transient) hardware failures, transient software failures, and complete node failures.

The multithreaded checkpointing library provides fault-tolerance for programs based on LinuxThreads by saving a process's state in a checkpoint from which it can recover later. Most programs need only add two lines of source to add checkpointing.

    Chapas videogame

    Chapas videogame

3D turn-based bottlecap racing game with support for multi-players

...Afterwards, an auction takes place, where the players use their money (an initially set amount, that accumulates over different rounds), to buy the bottlecaps better suited to each player's cards. Finally the race phase starts, where the players use their cards, on their respective turn, to move the bottlecaps across the field, passing through each checkpoint (where they can restock their cards for money). The round ends when every player has reached the finish line, or ran out of cards.
