For quantitative PET, automatic control of pump is necessary to inject desired amount of radiotracer and TracerInject automatically controls syringe pump via serial port communication. It was originally programmed in MATLAB, but ported to C#. Code was written in SharpDevelop 5.1, and MS .NET Framework 3.5 is required.
