Sector Viewer reads low level data of any physical drive like HDD or a memory card. This means it don't care about FAT, NTFS or any other file system. Not a hugely advanced piece of software. It tells the time and you can change how it does so by setting up a custom template for output. I made it to have the time and date displayed on my second monitor while I'm in applications which hide the taskbar on my primary monitor.
