BCCpy came about as the result of my beginning to learn Python and recreating the basic functionality of a simple VB program I wrote back in 1999. Since I was never very proficient with Visual Basic (or Applesoft BASIC for that matter); this application is very basic and could use lots of improvements. I'll implement them as I learn them. As of October 6, 2018; I have "abandoned" the project. This is a standalone, all in one Edge Detector that is mainly running on GPU using the CUDA technology. Each algorithm also has an OpenCV counterpart which is the closest one in terms of speed.
