Leiningen and Clojure require Java. OpenJDK version 8 is recommended at this time. If you have Leiningen installed, you can read the tutorial by running lein help tutorial. It does not cover learning the language itself; good Clojure documentation can be found elsewhere. If your preferred package manager offers a recent version of Leiningen, try that first as long as it has version 2.x. Windows users can use the above script in the Linux subsystem or try the batch file or Powershell version instead. Most tasks need to be run from somewhere inside a project directory to work, but some (new, help, search, version, and repl) may run from anywhere. -

Selenium-python Helium
Selenium-python but lighter: Helium is the best Python library
Under the hood, Helium forwards each call to Selenium. The difference is that Helium's API is much more high-level. In Selenium, you need to use HTML IDs, XPaths and CSS selectors to identify web page elements. Helium on the other hand lets you refer to elements by user-visible labels. As a result, Helium scripts are typically 30-50% shorter than similar Selenium scripts. What's more, they are easier to read and more stable with respect to changes in the underlying web page. Selenium-python is great for web automation. Helium makes it easier to use. Helium ships with its own copies of ChromeDriver and geckodriver so you don't need to download and put them on your PATH. Unlike Selenium, Helium lets you interact with elements inside nested iFrames, without having to first "switch to" the iFrame. Helium notices when popups open or close and focuses / defocuses them like a user would. You can also easily switch to a window by (parts of) its title. -

GUItars's user-friendly graphical interface enables rapid analysis of RNAi and small molecule screens. GUItars uses SSMD for hit selection, which is preferred for its ability to diminish sample size effects and the false hit rate, making it superior to other widely used HTS analysis methods. The program can handle the analysis for screens without replicates as well as with replicates. For comparison purposes, non-SSMD-based methods such as percent activity, z-score, and t-test are also provided as scoring options. Version 2.1 released: several bugs fixed. This is our T3000 Building Automation front end, a mature project for managing the air conditioning, lighting, access control and other automation functions of commercial buildings. The application runs on a Windows PC and allows the building operator to manage the building as a complete system. There is a small but growing team of developers working on the application full time. The system works mainly with Temco Controls products but integrators, controls contractors and other manufacturers are encouraged to join in to add their own devices and features. Communication to the various systems is over Ethernet, wifi, RS485, RS232. using Bacnet and Modbus protocols. The project is mainly hosted and maintained on github. -
