    CIMA is a program that provides an easy way to calculate a diversity of body indexes related to the fat content and energy needs, providing a way to control our weight: 1 - Body Mass Index (BMI), including both the traditional and the new proposed formulas, and provides a classification of the results. The evaluation takes in account the age groups (adults, children and the elderly). 2 - Body Adiposity Index (BAI). 3 - Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) for Men and for Women. 4 - Body Fat Percentage (BFP). 5 - Total Daily Calories Needs based on the activity levels of the user lifestyle.
