...The nmrshiftdb2 software is open source, the data is published under an open content license. The core of nmrshitdb2 are fully assigned spectra with raw data and peak lists (we have pure peak lists as well). Those datasets are peer reviewed by a board of reviewers. The project is supported by a scientific advisory board. nmrshiftdb2 is part of the NFDI4Chem initiative (https://nfdi4chem.de/) and will provide a component for a curated repository there. Please consult the documentation for more detailed information.
CyberUnits is a cross-platform class library for rapid development of high-performance computer simulations in life sciences. It supports modelling for biomedical cybernetics and systems biology with Object Pascal.
HeatmapGenerator is a graphical user interface software program written in C++, R, and OpenGL to create customized gene expression heatmaps from RNA-seq and microarray data in medical research. HeatmapGenerator can also be used to make heatmaps in a variety of other non-medical fields.
HeatmapGenerator is peer-reviewed published software (http://www.scfbm.org/content/9/1/30). ...While originally designed to support the analysis of cpn60 based amplicons, mPUMA can be used to analyze data from any suitable DNA barcode.
A manuscript describing mPUMA is currently being developed and will be submitted for peer review presently.
If you are interested in using mPUMA pre-publication please contact the project admin(s) with any questions.
