...Viewing options allow the user to control which sky objects to display, which font to use, and manipulation of various star parameters. Time may be set to run at multiple speeds, including backwards. Star charts may be printed. Night Vision is written in Java, allowing it to run on all major desktop systems (includes PCs, Macs, Linux, ...). It has been designed to be readily translatable into other languages. Additionally a port of Night Vision's Solar System window has been ported from Java to the Rust programming language, providing executables that can run directly on the host operating system.

PreviSat is a satellite tracking software for observing purposes. Very easy to use, it shows positions of artificial satellites in real-time or manual mode. PreviSat is able to make predictions of their passes, predictions of MetOp and COSMO-SkyMed flares, transits of all satellites, predictions of Starlink satellites passes and several other calculations.

BoPlanets is a virtual planetarium showing the planets relatively to any observing planet. The planets can be viewed in ecliptical-, equatorial- or horizontal view. The times of rise, transit and set of a planet can be determined. Click on the link below to the web site of BoPlanets to see the help file of BoPlanets.
