Night Vision is a "planetarium" program that will display the heavens from any location on earth. Viewing options allow the user to control which sky objects to display, which font to use, and manipulation of various star parameters. Time may be set to run at multiple speeds, including backwards. Star charts may be printed. Night Vision is written in Java, allowing it to run on all major desktop systems (includes PCs, Macs, Linux, ...). It has been designed to be readily translatable into other languages. Additionally a port of Night Vision's Solar System window has been ported from Java to the Rust programming language, providing executables that can run directly on the host operating system.

MoonPlanner is a Java calendar that allow to view moon's phases, moon's signs (constellations in which the moon is), and show the part of the plant corresponding to each sign (flower, fruit, leaf or root). For every calendar's day the user can attach notes (that are stored in a persistent database). At the startup the program will remind you if there will be notes for current day. Timezones and localizations (En, IT) are supported by the application. This calendar is usable between 1900 and 2020. This tool can be useful to plan gardening tasks or to view some astrology informations. astroDevice is a software platform for the control of astronomical instruments (telescope mount, filter wheel, focuser and CCD) through a single interface. This platform manages any astronomical device through plug-ins. It can manage multiple devices of same type (eg two telescope mounts). astroDevice is an alternative to ASCOM and INDI by providing a common interface between each device type and astronomy software such as Starry Night, KStars, Skychart and Stellarium. The platform is based on a client-server architecture to provide the ability to control the astronomical devices remotely.
