A versatile and lightweight multi-agent deployment framework

The Behavioral Layers Library is a framework for creating AI agents. It is based on the idea of behavior decomposition. Simple behaviors are composed together to create more complex solutions. Layers can be hierarchical & used as actions in other layers

Belief merging aims at combining several pieces of (possibly inconsistent) information coming from different sources. The goal is to produce a single consistent set of information, trying to keep the most of the information of the sources. A belief merging operator is the responsible for making the belief merging. With this tool you can compare the ΔΣ, ΔGMax and the Δps (PS-Merge) operators.

Belief revision is a central topic in knowledge representation and reasoning. It consists in incorporating a new belief, changing as few as possible of the original beliefs while preserving consistency. Revision always considers new evidence as a better belief. Such new evidence is usually represented in the form of a propositional formula which must be preserved after the revision. Here, the Δps (PS-Merge) belief merging operator is extended in order to consider constraints, and this extension is used as a strategy for belief revision. The new evidence is treated as a constraint so the extended merging operator can obtain the revised belief base.

This project aims to provide a framework for applications using belief revision techniques.

This is a Java-based project for complex event extraction from text and co-reference resolution. Currently the code can read BioNLP shared task format (http://2011.bionlp-st.org/) and i2b2 Natural Language Processing for Clinical Data shared task format (https://www.i2b2.org/NLP/DataSets/Main.php). Event extraction includes finding events and the parameters for an event in a text. The method is based on SVM but other ML algorithms can be adopted. Bigger layers have more neurons to handle those possibilities. A Black Hole Cortex is a kind of visual cortex that has density of neuron layers similar to density at various radius from a black hole. What we think our eyes see, the imagination, is the densest and smallest layer. SphereSurfaces outside it recursively have more neurons, more surface area, but less density since it has to eventually dimension-reduce to high level ideas, like there are 10000 Wikipedia page names that cover most parts of the world. We can think of Wikipedia as a layer above our brains, a global SphereSurface of large surface area (a cortex layered on billions of minds) and small (10000 most important pages) density.

BoostMultiDex is a specialized Android-library created by ByteDance to address a long-standing performance and user-experience problem on older Android devices (specifically Android 4.x and below, i.e. SDK < 21), where loading multiple dex files after installation or upgrade can lead to extremely long “black-screen” freeze times during first startup. Instead of relying on the standard Android MultiDex mechanism, BoostMultiDex reworks the loading strategy by tapping into hidden Dalvik VM internals so that original DEX bytecode can be loaded directly, bypassing costly ODEX generation. It adopts a multi-stage loading approach (DEX bytecode → DEX file → ODEX file) to pick the fastest viable route at runtime, and optionally performs optimization (OPT) in a separate process with interruption/recovery support — minimizing startup time and preserving stability.
