Open Source Java AI Coding Tools

DSHA is a free, open-source Android launcher for running DeepSeek Harness directly on smartphones without root access or Termux. It includes a complete Ubuntu environment with Python, Git, Node.js, and other development tools. Users can configure AI models and interact with agents through a mobile-friendly web interface. The application supports both proot and proroot execution environments. Its device integration enables agents to inspect screens, enter text, perform taps, and execute authorized automation tasks. Wireless ADB connectivity and experimental virtual displays expand device control. DSHA also provides automatic backups, managed updates, diagnostic tools, and recovery options. It simplifies deploying a capable AI agent environment on Android devices.

Brokk is a code intelligence assistant framework designed to let large language models (LLMs) understand code semantically (not just as raw text) so that they can work effectively on large codebases that don’t fit wholly in a prompt context. It helps bridge the gap between LLMs and real-world engineering code by offering tooling to index, analyze, query, and augment code context, so that AI can meaningfully reason about existing code, suggest edits, and navigate across projects. Modular build tasks (run, test, build, shadowJar, tidy, etc.) to support development workflows. Integration of front-end + back-end layers (web UI + CLI + internal services).

DeepCode AI has always been the backbone of Snyk code, which is why it's the fastest, most accurate SAST on the market. DeepCode AI, powering the Snyk platform, utilizes multiple AI models, is trained on security-specific data, and is all curated by top security researchers to give you all the power of AI without any of the drawbacks. With 11 supported languages, and multiple AI models, Snyk's DeepCode AI was designed to find and fix vulnerabilities and manage tech debt. DeepCode AI powers Snyk's one-click security fixes and comprehensive app coverage, letting developers build fast while staying secure. Our specialized DeepCode AI is built and refined by top-tier researchers that use training data from millions of open source projects, never customer data. DeepCode AI's hybrid approach uses multiple models and security-specific training sets for one purpose, to secure applications.

Devoxx Genie is a fully Java-based LLM Code Assistant plugin for IntelliJ IDEA, designed to integrate with local LLM providers such as Ollama, LMStudio, GPT4All, Llama.cpp, and Exo but also cloud-based LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Groq, Gemini, DeepInfra, DeepSeek, OpenRouter and Azure OpenAI.

paicoding is an open-source community platform built as a practical Java project for publishing and discovering technical content. Its stack includes Spring Boot, MyBatis-Plus, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Docker. The application supports complete workflows for publishing, searching, commenting on, and measuring articles and tutorials. Its modular structure separates shared models, reusable components, business services, frontend resources, and web entry points. Core modules include capabilities for search, caching, recommendations, authentication, and exception handling. The project provides source deployment support and a separate Vue 3 and Spring Boot 3 branch for developers who prefer a decoupled modern frontend.
