FUMOLA is a co-simulation framework specifically designed to support the features offered by the FMI specification. It provides a flexible platform that allows to configure and execute co-simulation setups in an easy way. It is great tool for entry level, automated analisys, to discard empty and junk curves and save only ones matching required criteria. Assuming that only 1% of data is worth reviewing, and that manual selection takes approx. 3 seconds per curve, you can save up to 8 hours per every 10000 curves (like 2 days every week!). Force amplitude analisys for single curve takes from 1 to 4 milliseconds on low-end intel dual core. Algorithm is so simple, that you can implement it in any language in few hours, without any specialized libraries. To be implemented in our Nanopuller AFM control software as real-time module. Requires LabVIEW Runtime engine to run .exe or LabVIEW 2013 for code.

LZO is a compression library which is widely used around the world. The main problem with LZO is that it is absolutely not human readable. People have done crazy stuff to get LZO to run in their language. Usually it implies inline assembly or trying to execute data which actually contains machine code. This is sick. Whoever is responsible for this sorry situation ought to be ashamed. So I'm going to deobfuscate LZO and provide a ISC implementation of this algorithm in Python and C. In addition, I will provide a textual description of the algorithm so that it can be easily ported to any programming language. I expect a severe performance degradation, but I leave optimizing for speed to other people.

This is a python implementation that handles floating points correctly,there are still some bugs but I'm working on it . The point was to work around some stuff that made no sense for floats,like 0.1+0.2 == 0.3 is false.

It efficiently handles fixed length records and variable length records. Funnel easily handles ascii (readable) data and binary data. There are many more features in Funnel. The project will be looking at data (the intention is to begin looking at customer name/address data but this may widen over time) and ways to intelligently detect duplicates using fuzzy matching methods and algorithms.
