    MADDPG

    MADDPG

Code for the MADDPG algorithm from a paper

...The code is built on top of TensorFlow and integrates with the Multiagent Particle Environments (MPE) for benchmarking. Researchers can use it to reproduce the experiments presented in the paper, which demonstrate how agents learn behaviors such as coordination, competition, and communication. Although archived, MADDPG remains a widely cited baseline in multi-agent reinforcement learning research and has inspired further algorithmic developments.

    FuzzyWuzzy

    FuzzyWuzzy

    Fuzzy string matching in Python

...When we scour the web to find tickets for sale, mostly those tickets are identified by a title, date, time, and venue. We’ve built up a library of “fuzzy” string matching routines to help us along. And good news! We’re open sourcing it. The library is called “Fuzzywuzzy”, the code is pure python, and it depends only on the (excellent) difflib python library.

    PRMLT

    PRMLT

Matlab code of machine learning algorithms in book PRML

...This package requires Matlab R2016b or latter, since it utilizes a new Matlab syntax called Implicit expansion (a.k.a. broadcasting). It also requires Statistics Toolbox (for some simple random number generator) and Image Processing Toolbox (for reading image data). The code is extremely compact. Minimizing code length is a major goal. As a result, the core of the algorithms can be easily spotted. Many tricks for speeding up Matlab code are applied (e.g. vectorization, matrix factorization, etc.). Usually, functions in this package are orders faster than Matlab builtin ones (e.g. kmeans). Many tricks for numerical stability are applied, such as computing probability in logrithm domain, square root matrix update to enforce matrix symmetry.

    Code Catalog in Python

    Code Catalog in Python

Algorithms and data structures for review for coding interview

code-catalog-python serves as a grab-bag of small, readable Python examples that illustrate common algorithms, data structures, and utility patterns. Each snippet aims to be self-contained and easy to study, with clear inputs, outputs, and the essential logic on display. The catalog format lets you scan for an example, copy it, and adapt it to your use case without wading through a large framework.

This is a recursive C++ source code of the Fast Fourier Transform algorithm allowing parallelization. Also a performance test and its results on my computer are provided. The Performance test suggest to use 4 threads for parallelization. With this one can beat the implementation in "Numerical Recipes in C++" for large signals with more than 2^16 / 2^17 / 2^18 samples depending on the hardware and software.

    glint

    glint

A tool for finite state machine analysis and synthesis.

glint is a tool facilitating you in development of state-oriented control entities which supposed to be used in very broad areas of programming (e.g. state-oriented network protocols). glint saves you from pondering how your finite state machine should be organized, how many states it should have and what they should mean. You just tell glint how you would like your control entity to operate and glint returns to you the synthesised magic black box which implements the desired...

    FastFlow: programming multi-core

    FastFlow: programming multi-core

    Pattern-based multi/many-core parallel programming framework

...Thanks to its very efficient CAS-free communication/synchronization support (e.g. few clock cycles core-to-core latency), FastFlow effectively supports the exploitation of fine grain parallelism, e.g. parallel codes managing very high frequency streams on commodity multi-core. FastFlow works on x86, x86_64, PPC, ARM, and Linux, Mac and Win XP/7. From Jan 1, 2018 code development migrated on GitHub at https://github.com/fastflow/fastflow

    pegplusplus

A PEG parser library for C++

This library implements PEG (Parsing Expression Grammar) parsers, which can be embedded in a C++ program. The grammars are built and interpreted at run time, without an intermediate code generation stage. It tries to mimic as closely as possible the functionality and style of Ian Piumarta's LEG compiler. LEG grammars can be translated easily and almost mechanically. Actions and semantic predicates can be written directly in the grammar, using lambdas. C++11 or later is required.

    pyhanlp

    pyhanlp

    Chinese participle

...The project focuses on making HanLP’s capabilities accessible through a Python-friendly API surface, so you can integrate NLP steps into data pipelines, notebooks, and downstream ML or information-extraction code. In practice, it serves as a bridge layer: Python calls are translated into the corresponding HanLP operations, so you can keep your application logic in Python while relying on HanLP’s implementations. It is especially useful when you need a pragmatic “get results quickly” NLP layer for segmentation, tagging, entity extraction, parsing, or keyword-style tasks rather than experimenting with model training from scratch.

    SPar: Stream Parallelism in Multi-Cores

    An Embedded C++ Domain-Specific Language

SPar is an internal C++ Domain-Specific Language (DSL) suitable to model and implement classical stream parallel patterns. The DSL uses standard C++ attributes to introduce annotations tagging the notable components of stream parallel applications: stream sources and stream processing stages. Latest version can be downloaded from the SVN using the following command: svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/spar-dsl-compiler/svn/ spar

    WOFF2

    WOFF2

This document documents how to run the compression reference code

woff2 is Google’s reference implementation of the WOFF2 webfont format, the modern, highly compressed container used by browsers to ship OpenType/TrueType fonts efficiently over the network. It integrates specialized transforms for font tables (like glyf/loca and variations data) with Brotli compression to squeeze out as many bytes as possible while preserving exact font fidelity on decode. The repository includes a compact C/C++ library and small command-line tools so you can convert...

    Illustrated Algorithms

    Illustrated Algorithms

    Interactive algorithm visualizations

Inspired by Grokking Algorithms and python-execution-trace, this project aims to reveal the mechanics behind algorithms via interactive visualizations of their execution. Visual representations of variables and operations augment the control flow, alongside actual source code. You can fast forward and rewind the execution to closely observe how an algorithm works. The same code that is displayed next to the illustration is also decorated using babel-plugin-trace-execution and executed to record the context at every step. Literally the same source file. Going back and forth between function execution (and call stack when algorithm uses recursion) is effortless. ...
