    PANDA

    PANDA

A comprehensive and flexible quantification tool for proteomics data

PANDA is a comprehensive and flexib tool for quantitative proteomics data analysis, which is developed based on our solid foundations in quantitative proteomics for years. Several novelties have been implemented in it. First, we implement the advantage algorithms of LFQuant (Proteomics 2012, 12, (23-24), 3475-84) and SILVER (Bioinformatics 2014, 30, (4), 586-7) into PANDA. Second, we consider the state-of-art concept of quantification reliability in this quantitative workflow. ...

    ccgsl

Use Gnu Scientific Library as if it were writtem in C++.

The ccgsl provides simple C++ wrappers for the GNU Scientific Library. It uses Java-like shared-pointer classes in place of structs to avoid direct memory allocation/freeing and to work better with the STL. It lets you construct functions for optimisation, root-finding and the like from C++ member functions, making it easier to integrate with existing C++ code. It also provides C++ exceptions.

    Thrust

    Thrust

    The C++ parallel algorithms library

Thrust is the C++ parallel algorithms library which inspired the introduction of parallel algorithms to the C++ Standard Library. Thrust's high-level interface greatly enhances programmer productivity while enabling performance portability between GPUs and multicore CPUs. It builds on top of established parallel programming frameworks (such as CUDA, TBB, and OpenMP). It also provides a number of general-purpose facilities similar to those found in the C++ Standard Library. The NVIDIA C++...

    CountBitsSet

minimal benchmark code for Counting Set Bits (ones) in an Integer

...Now I think, perhaps my little investigation is interesting for others too... PS: the parallel counting Algo is about 35% faster on average on my computers than a simple LUT based solution. Also this shows nicely how different a human brain compatible solution is to a binary machine optimal solution :-) In the meantime I added other Algorithms beside countbisset (hamming weight): ceil(log2()) + floor(log2()), bitreverse, ... I also recommand to try the code with different compilers and / or plattforms. ...

    Quadtree Demo

Demonstrates a quadtree for spatial indexing of triangles

This C++ demo allows users to interactively explore a quadtree's behavior. For this purpose the demo uses a quadtree data structure based on axis-aligned bounding boxes to speed up the search for triangles in a mesh. Depending on a search point all triangles of a quadtree's region are retrieved and relevant information about the search is shown. Quadtree creation can be parametrized by three parameters: - Maximum tree depth. - Maximum number of triangles per region

    libPGF

    libPGF

libPGF is an implementation of the Progressive Graphics File (PGF)

The Progressive Graphics File (PGF) is an efficient image file format, that is based on a fast, discrete wavelet transform with progressive coding features. PGF can be used for lossless and lossy compression. It's most suitable for natural images. PGF can be used as a very efficient and fast replacement of JPEG 2000.

    Makes magic squares.

These programs make magic squares and rectangles using "Constraint-Based Local Search". (For non-square rectangles, input the order as two numbers.) There are 3 similar programs: CompleteSquare, CompleteSquareSteps, and MagicSquares. Given an input square with some cell values between 1 and NxN specified, (and other cell values 0), CompleteSquare attempts to complete a magic square by placing the remaining values.

    FastFlow: programming multi-core

    FastFlow: programming multi-core

    Pattern-based multi/many-core parallel programming framework

FastFlow is a C/C++ programming framework supporting the development of pattern-based parallel programs on multi/many-core, GPUs and distributed platforms. FastFlow run-time is built upon non-blocking threads and lock-free queues. Thanks to its very efficient CAS-free communication/synchronization support (e.g. few clock cycles core-to-core latency), FastFlow effectively supports the exploitation of fine grain parallelism, e.g. parallel codes managing very high frequency streams on commodity multi-core. ...

    TSP Solver and Generator

    TSP Solver and Generator

Generate and solve Travelling Salesman Problem tasks

TSPSG is intended to generate and solve Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) tasks. It uses Branch and Bound method for solving. An input is a number of cities and a matrix of city-to-city travel prices. The matrix can be populated with random values in a given range (useful for generating tasks). The result is an optimal route, its price, step-by-step matrices of solving and solving graph. The task can be saved in internal binary format and opened later. The result can be printed or saved as...

    LBSP

Real-Time Processing Library for OSHW Biomedical Sensors

Applications involving data acquisition from sensors need samples at a preset frequency rate, the filtering out of noise and/or analysis of certain frequency components. We propose a novel software architecture based on open-software hardware platforms which allows programmers to create data streams from input channels and easily implement filters and frequency analysis objects. The performances of the different classes given in the size of memory allocated and execution time (number of clock cycles) were analyzed in the low-cost platform Arduino-Genuino. ...

    WOFF2

    WOFF2

This document documents how to run the compression reference code

woff2 is Google’s reference implementation of the WOFF2 webfont format, the modern, highly compressed container used by browsers to ship OpenType/TrueType fonts efficiently over the network. It integrates specialized transforms for font tables (like glyf/loca and variations data) with Brotli compression to squeeze out as many bytes as possible while preserving exact font fidelity on decode. The repository includes a compact C/C++ library and small command-line tools so you can convert...

    MyTinySTL

    MyTinySTL

Achieve a tiny STL in C++11

This is a tinySTL based on C++11, which is my first project for practice. I use the Chinese documents and annotations for convenience, maybe there will be an English version later, but now I have no time to do that yet. Now I have released version 2.0.0. I have achieved the vast majority of the containers and functions of STL, and there may be some deficiencies and bugs.

    Path Finder Qt

finds the sortest path on the square board. GUI is implemented in Qt.

...It searches the shortest path between source piece and target piece on the rectangular board. On the board the obstacles (wall) can be constructed. In addition to the algorithm, the GUI is provided. The GUI is written in Qt. Using the GUI, one can construct and move interactively the obstacles on the board. For every modification of the board, the shortest path is calculated automatically. Some statistics related to A* algorithm are presented as well. This project is related to my other projects located at sourceforge as well: https://sourceforge.net/projects/a-star/ https://sourceforge.net/projects/shortest-path-graph-a-star/
