OpenNeuron is a neural networks implementation written in Java. Currently supports only Kohonen Network model, but API is designed to be easily extended to model other network types. This implementation was used for face thermal pictures recognition.

This is a general open source Quantum Mechanics/Molecular Mechanics project with academic origin. Its intention is to produce free software tools to study molecular systems through QM/MM, in open collaboration.

OpenSpiel is a collection of environments and algorithms for research in general reinforcement learning and search/planning in games. OpenSpiel supports n-player (single- and multi- agent) zero-sum, cooperative and general-sum, one-shot and sequential, strictly turn-taking and simultaneous-move, perfect and imperfect information games, as well as traditional multiagent environments such as (partially- and fully- observable) grid worlds and social dilemmas. OpenSpiel also includes tools to analyze learning dynamics and other common evaluation metrics. Games are represented as procedural extensive-form games, with some natural extensions. The core API and games are implemented in C++ and exposed to Python. Algorithms and tools are written both in C++ and Python. OptFlow is a C++ -based library for motion detection. It implements the classical Lucas-Kanade algorithm and a more advanced algorithm by Proesmans et.al. Several warping and morphing methods using the computed motion fields are also implemented.

The optex module for Python 2.4 helps user scripts to parse command line arguments found in sys.argv. Options are parsed in a different manner than the Unix getopt() and Python getopt module.

OptimC is a C software package to minimize any unconstrained multivariable function. OptorSim is a Grid simulator designed to test dynamic replication strategies used in optimising data location within a Grid. Each simulated site contains several storage or computing elements. Simulated jobs run and file accesses may trigger replication.

Do not use linear algorithms, the speed is only slightly dependent on the size of data.
