...for linux or windows: download kiwix from https://sourceforge.net/projects/kiwix/?source=directory here, and open this downloaded file from kiwix. it hosts sources to create zim file of telugu to english dictionary actually written by telugu pandits with financial help from cp brown who is interested in telugu. this dictionary contains words which are incredeble village words,, and their discriptions in telugu. chicago university converted it into unicode,, which i had mirrored and editing those htmls,, and finally archiving them to .zim ( not zip) format which can be readable by kiwix.
