A measure of semantic relatedness between medical terms using Java
This is a Java implementation of HSO measure of finding semantic relatedness. The measure is applied to UMLS source vocabularies and is used to find relatedness between medical terms. This implementation uses same algorithm as WebService::UMLSKS::Similarity, a CPAN perl open source package.
A framework to explore Content Unique Identifer (CUI) associations.
UMLS::Association is a software package to quantify the association between UMLS concepts using co-occurrence information from the Metamapped Medline Baseline. Given two medical terms as input, the output will be a numeric score that indicates how associated the terms are.
