...VLE provides a complete set of C++ libraries, called VFL (VLE Foundation Libraries), to develop DEVS models, to gets results of simulations, to launch simulation on cluster. The models can be developed with the DEVS formalism or with the classical mathematical formalism: Ordinary Differential Equation with Euler, Range-Kutta or QSS integrator, Finite state automaton (FDDEVS, UML State chart, Hybrid Petri net). The VLE environment provides an IDE to develop C++ models, DEVS coupled models. VLE have also three ports to use the VFL with Python, Java and R programming languages. -

Virtual Nodes Parallelization for MicroModelica models. This tool performs Virtual Nodes Parallelization on a given MicroModelica model for being simulated in QSS Solver. The objective is to reduce the error introduced by simulating large-scaled models in parallel on QSS Solver simulating tool. This is done through redundant computations on certain state variables of the model. These redundant computations are called Virtual Nodes.

The QSS Toolbox models the energy flow in conventional, hybrid and electric vehicles in order to find the fuel consumption. It follows the backwards simulation approach, which is called quasi-stationary simulation. This means component loads are derived step by step from the drive cycle. This is a fork of the QSS Toolbox Version 2.0.1 as published by the ETH Zürich (http://www.idsc.ethz.ch/Downloads/DownloadFiles/qss). -
