    ml.js

    Machine learning tools in JavaScript

This library is a compilation of the tools developed in the mljs organization. It is mainly maintained for use in the browser. If you are working with Node.js, you might prefer to add to your dependencies only the libraries that you need, as they are usually published to npm more often. We prefix all our npm package names with ml- (eg. ml-matrix) so they are easy to find.

    AutoMLPipeline.jl

    AutoMLPipeline.jl

Package that makes it trivial to create and evaluate machine learning

...It leverages on the built-in macro programming features of Julia to symbolically process, and manipulate pipeline expressions and makes it easy to discover optimal structures for machine learning regression and classification. To illustrate, here is a pipeline expression and evaluation of a typical machine learning workflow that extracts numerical features (numf) for ica (Independent Component Analysis) and pca (Principal Component Analysis) transformations, respectively, concatenated with the hot-bit encoding (ohe) of categorical features (catf) of a given data for rf (Random Forest) modeling.

    Playbook

    Playbook

A library for isolated developing UI components

...Components built by using Playbook can generate a standalone app as living style guide. This allows you to not only review UI quickly but also deliver more robust designs by separating business logics out of components. Besides, snapshots of each component can be automatically generated by unit tests, and visual regression testing can be performed using arbitrary third-party tools. For complex modern app development, it’s important to catch UI changes more sensitively and keep improving them faster. With the Playbook, you don't have to struggle through preparing the data and spend human resources for manual testings.

    React Screenshot Test

    React Screenshot Test

A dead simple library to screenshot test React components

A dead simple library to screenshot test React components. Under the hood, we start a local server that renders components server-side. Each component is given its own dedicated page (e.g. /render/my-component). Then we use Puppeteer to take a screenshot of that page. If you work on a team where developers use a different OS (e.g. Mac OS and Linux), or if you develop on Mac OS but use Linux for continuous integration, you would quickly run into issues where screenshots are inconsistent...

    Point-E

    Point-E

Point cloud diffusion for 3D model synthesis

...While it does not match the fine detail of some slower methods, the tradeoff in speed makes it practical for prototyping and interactive 3D generation. The repository includes inference scripts, utilities for converting point clouds to meshes (e.g. via signed distance function regression), sample notebooks, and weight checkpoints. It also provides documentation on limitations, usage instructions, and example outputs.

    SVPhylA

SVPhylA: Sequence Vectorization for Phylogenetic Analyses

...Such alignment-free methods basically encode DNA and protein sequences (fasta files) into numerical vectors allowing the calculation of alignment-free distances which may be combined into a consensus/compromise matrix by using algorithms like DISTATIS based on Multidimensional Scaling (MSD), Lineal Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and PCA-Kernel (non-lineal). In addition, genetic distances derived can be either combined between them or with the alignment-free distances. So far, SVPhylA contain a module to compare tree topologies by using different distance measures as a validation procedure. The statistical validation (bootstrap and jacknife) of the alignment-free trees is being developed SVPhylA is mostly designed to interact to MEGA (MOLECULAR EVOLUTIONARY GENETICS ANALYSIS).

    AET

    AET

Detects visual changes on websites and performs page health checks

AET is a system that detects visual changes on websites and performs basic page health checks (like w3c compliance, accessibility, HTTP status codes, JS Error checks and others). AET is designed as a flexible system that can be adapted and tailored to the regression requirements of a given project. The tool has been developed to aid front-end client-side layout regression testing of websites or portfolios, in essence assessing the impact or change of a website from one snapshot to the next.

    TOFSIMS

    TOFSIMS

R/Bioconductor toolkit for mass spectrometry data

...The package allows transformation of spectra into 2D image structures (mass images), with operations such as binning, scaling, subsetting, and visual rendering. For data exploration and dimensionality reduction, it includes multivariate methods common in the ToF-SIMS community: PCA (Principal Component Analysis), MCR (Multivariate Curve Resolution), MAF (Maximum Autocorrelation Factors), and MNF (Minimum Noise Fraction). It also interoperates with Bioconductor’s imaging stack (e.g. EBImage) so users can apply segmentation and image analysis operations on mass images.

    NGSbinningpytools

Python tools for binning NGS scaffolds to various genomes.

Next generation sequencing has opened new avenues for sequencing prokaryotes which were difficult or either impossible to culture. Now, it is possible to sequence all organisms present in a metagenomic community. However, a critical problem is to determine the host organism for each genomic fragment present in the dataset. This project provides the computational tools for assigning the organismal identity for each genomic scaffold in the given dataset. For more detailed documentation...
