fwknop stands for the "FireWall KNock OPerator", and implements an authorization scheme called Single Packet Authorization (SPA). This method of authorization is based around a default-drop packet filter (fwknop supports iptables and firewalld on Linux, ipfw on FreeBSD and Mac OS X, and PF on OpenBSD) and libpcap. SPA is essentially next-generation port knocking (more on this below).
KnockIt! is a free software project which brings a GUI for Port Knocking. The easy to use interface allows to check the server availability on the chosen port and quickly run the port knocking.

winKnocks is an encrypted(DES) port knocking tool. Knock sequences are defined through XML files; users specify: number of packets of each knock sequence, payload and header of each packet. Logging capability. Generation of smoke packets.No replay-attack
