simpleOWLAPI is a light-weight wrapper for the OWLAPI that enables faster programmatic development of OWL ontologies with more concise code using the power of the Manchester OWL Syntax and related parsers. The wrapper does not make use of all the features of the more powerful OWLAPI. Rather, it is designed specifically for rapid and concise ontology construction in workflows involving semantic data engineering.
owl-indexer generates full text index of OWL literal via either Apache Lucene or Sphinx Search. It is based on OWL API (https://github.com/owlcs/owlapi).
A Java interface and implementation for the W3C Web Ontology Language (OWL), used to represent Semantic Web ontologies. The API is focused towards OWL 2 and offers an interface to inference engines and validation functionality.
OWL2Query is a an OWL2 query and meta-query engine for SPARQL-DL^NOT queries with high expressivity, integration to OWLAPI (and thus Protege) and fancy visualization
Collection of libraries used by various projects at the School of Computing at the University of Leeds. Examples: owlapiutils, an extension to the OWLAPI and
owlapiQuery, which provides an OWL vocabulary and an interface for querying ontologies.
RIO is an open source project. It is a framework that uses cluster analysis for the detection of syntactic regularities in ontologies.
The implementation of RIO is based on OWLAPI (http://owlapi.sourceforge.net). A standalone Java tool is used for computing regularities, which are then saved in an XML file. The RIO plugin for Protege 4 (http://protege.stanford.edu) can be used for loading and visualising the regularities in Protege ontology editor.
SemaRule Navigator is an Integrated Suite of Open-Source and Free-License Software, placing Semantic and Text Analysis Technologies in the toolbox of Researchers, Students, and Enterprises.
Java-based implementation of the OWLlink protocol (owllink.org) for the OWLAPI. It allows: to access to OWLlink reasoners via the OWLAPI, to start OWL reasoners which provide no native OWLlink support as OWLlink-aware reasoners
Deploy in 115+ regions with the modern database for every enterprise.
MongoDB Atlas gives you the freedom to build and run modern applications anywhere—across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. With global availability in over 115 regions, Atlas lets you deploy close to your users, meet compliance needs, and scale with confidence across any geography.
A Common Lisp framework for the Semantic Web, offering parsers and printers for the following Semantic Web standards: OWL 2 Functional, OWL 2 XML, OWLlink XML, OWLlink functional, and OWLlink S-Expression. Contains an OWLAPI-like ontology-framework.
