MUSCtR
A programme for fitting Neutron Reflectivity data from "rough" samples
MUSCtR is a crude programme written in Python to allow the fitting of data from Neutron Reflectivity experiments (in particular with ISIS Neutron and Muon Source in mind).
More refined programmes are available (Motofit, RasCAL). However, this programme was written to allow fitting of samples with larger surface "undulations".
The programme allows one layer in a given model to be given a variable thickness (characterised by "d_thick"). The programme calculates the total reflectivity from the combination of three reflectivity curves (with the central curve using a greater intensity). ...
