Minidisc is a GPL data hosting script to create cloud drives. It is being developed in Catalan by Marc Sances in the context of a investigation project for Institut Joan Brudieu, in Spain. The aim of the project is to offer a simple, but functional PHP cloud drive. The service will be releaased on January 13th. A subproduct of Minidisc, QuickShare, which allows users to send files between computers, may be released earlier. -

This xmms-plugin strives to take care of all aspects of minidisc recording on Sony decks. It sets track marks, and adds track titles while recording. The idea is to pop a disc into your deck, hit play in xmms and the rest takes care of itself.

'Minidisc TOC Editor' is an editor (Qt) for the minidisc table of contents ((U)TOC). The TOC will be sent to the deck using infrared signals (lirc). The specific details of the decks are separated in small, exchangable Tcl plugins.
