Both types of agents, node and operator agents, are implemented in JADEX \cite{braubach+04jadex}, a JAVA-based academic agent platform that complies with IEEE-FIPA Agent Communication standard \cite{fipa}, and that facilitates the implementation of a BDI deliberative approach of agent reasoning.
