    MAT-MECAS

    MAT-MECAS

    Cell impedance analysis software.

MAT-MECAS is used for calculation of impedance parameters of a cell from recorded current responses elicited by bipolar voltage stimuli in a whole-cell patch-clamp experiment. The calculations are based on a FFT deconvolution procedure and on approximation of the reconstructed currents with a theoretical function. The impulse response of the signal path is necessary for the calculations. Read manual first! For testing MAT-MECAS we provide a sample data along with sample stimulation protocols.

    3D Impulse Response Acoustic Software

impulse response analysis of 3D by displaying intensity vectors

The development of an interpretation algorithm for 3D impulse responses is presented. This new tool allows to identify the spatial provenance for each time window of an impulse response recorded in aA-Formatmicrophone. In this way, it is possible to discern between the direct sound and the different reflections temporarily and spatially. To understand the basics of this method, a brief introduction to all concepts involved is presented.

    pySPACE

    pySPACE

Signal Processing and Classification Environment in Python using YAML

pySPACE is a modular software for processing of large data streams that has been specifically designed to enable distributed execution and empirical evaluation of signal processing chains. Various signal processing algorithms (so called nodes) are available within the software, from finite impulse response filters over data-dependent spatial filters (e.g. CSP, xDAWN) to established classifiers (e.g. SVM, LDA). pySPACE incorporates the concept of node and node chains of the MDP framework. Due to its modular architecture, the software can easily be extended with new processing nodes and more general operations. Large scale empirical investigations can be configured using simple text- configuration files in the YAML format, executed on different (distributed) computing modalities, and evaluated using an interactive graphical user interface. ...
