This is a number generator made on Python. That script uses simple Random library and Tkinter to create the main window. I compiled it in .exe by PyInstaller and uploaded on sourceforge.

...Note, if you're downloading the compiled exe instead of the Python files that it has been "frozen" with pyInstaller. The way the exe is formed sometimes makes virus sofware suspicious (try googling "windows blocked pyinstaller" for info).
