A Matlab software to estimate Eulerpole parameters
The EPC software calculates velocities for any points located on the earth’s surface given the Eulerpole parameters and estimates the Eulerpole parameters given the observed velocities of a set of sites located on a tectonic plate. Since version 2, the software is able to estimate or apply the Plate Translation Rates, as well.

A Matlab® Tool for Geodetic Reference Frame Definition
PEM allows calculating both the expected velocity value for any point located on the Earth providing a Eulerpole (direct problem) and inferring the Eulerpole parameters by inverting the observed velocities at a set of sites located on a rigid block (inverse problem). PEM is developed in Matlab® framework and is designed for easy-to-use file exchange with the GAMIT/GLOBK software package, and has a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI).
...Frequency domain results can be transformed to time domain via Inverse Laplace or Z Transform.
Transformation between S-domain and Z-domain results can be done via Forward or Backward Derivatives (Euler Transform), Bilinear, or Impulse Invariant Transforms.
Provide Bode, Gain-Phase, Nyquist, Pole-zero, Impulse, and Step response plots. Plot ranges can be set manually or automatically.
