strxcat can be considered as a safe replacement for strlcat. * Another c-string concatenation function. * strxcat only affects dst if there is enough space to copy src at the end of dst. It null-terminates dst. Otherwise, strxcat doesn't touch dst. Algorithm: This function traverses dst looking for the null character '\0'.
