This is based on PlanarChaosRVRTwo's Yggdrasil database, which combined Public_DB, DolPub 3.0, TOA_Hib, and a few other bits and pieces. While this is not complete, it is hopefully going to be a solid framework for future developers to build upon.

After putting together the INSERT statements to populate a merchant list for Dawn of Light by hand, I decided I never wanted to do so again. That night, I wrote the first version of this tool to do it for me. It's extremely basic, and it only does one page at a time, but it not only speeds up the process of making the statements, but also reduces the risks of making mistakes and losing time going back to fix them.
