    Coffee GB

    Coffee GB

    Gameboy emulator in Java 8

...As a reference, I’ve used the GameBoy CPU Manual - later on I discovered that it has a few typos and is not specific enough for some of the operations. After implementing the opcodes and memory (modelled by an int[] array) I was eager to check whether it’s possible to run some code on it. I had neither the cartridge nor the GPU emulation yet, so even the simplest game wouldn’t be an option. However, when the original Gameboy starts, it executes a simple 256-bytes program, a kind of firmware displaying the Nintendo logo and self-testing the system. That was exactly the thing I was looking for - after just 3 days I had an application running the Gameboy code!

Use a containerized instance of a MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle database to test your data access layer code for complete compatibility, but without requiring complex setup on developers' machines and safe in the knowledge that your tests will always start with a known DB state. Any other database type that can be containerized can also be used. For running your application in a short-lived test mode with dependencies, such as databases, message queues or web servers. ...

Syntax highlighting is performed on code blocks. See github/linguist for more information about syntax highlighting. The HTML is passed through other filters that add special sauce, such as emoji, task lists, named anchors, CDN caching for images, and autolinking. The resulting HTML is rendered on GitHub.com. NSync

    NSync

nsync is a C library that exports various synchronization primitives

...Unlike traditional pthreads-based synchronization, nsync introduces conditional critical sections, allowing developers to wait for arbitrary conditions without explicit signaling or complex loop-based logic. This approach simplifies concurrency management and often improves readability and maintainability of multithreaded code. The library emphasizes efficiency, with locks and condition variables occupying minimal memory and supporting cancellation mechanisms through nsync_note objects rather than thread-level cancellation. Designed with portability and performance in mind, nsync can be compiled on Unix-like systems and Windows using a C90 compiler.

n8n-mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that turns the n8n workflow platform into a set of first-class, typed tools an AI assistant can understand and operate. GitHub MCP Server

    GitHub MCP Server

    GitHub's official MCP Server

The GitHub MCP Server exposes GitHub as a Model Context Protocol server so AI assistants can safely act on repos, issues, pull requests, gists, and more through a consistent tool interface. It’s designed to run locally or remotely and then be attached to MCP-capable clients (for example, Copilot Chat) so an LLM can search code, open files, create branches, draft PRs, label or triage issues, and query metadata without hard-coding GitHub APIs. The server defines tools and resources with fine-grained scopes, leaning on GitHub’s auth to enforce least privilege and auditable access. It supports both stdio and HTTP transports, enabling IDE and headless integrations, and adopts common MCP behaviors like prompts, schemas, and tool definitions to keep agent calls predictable. ...
