A new kernel I am developing in my spare time. The eventual solution I hope will involve a 32 bit base kernel and 64 bit extensions therefore maximising compatibility with non 64 bit machines. Database oriented. This is a simple ray tracing algorithm implementation. The same algorithm is implemented on CPU and GPU with CUDA, and the performance of the GPU based ray tracing is much better than the naive CPU one. cuda and directx sdk are required.

FrakeOS is a new OS developed by Charles Frake. Currently, it is a simple bootloader written in NASM. I plan to continue researching Assembly and finish the bootloader. I plan to start coding a kernel in C after the bootloader is finished.
