FastAlign.pl
FastAlign is a perl script which uses the heuristic method of tfasty
FastAlign.pl provides a more intuitive output to find exon-intron junctions. The query string is in amino acids and the hit string is in nucleotides. There are extra nucleotides at the end of the hit string (option -diff and by default = 10), that allow to verify if the intron start with common rules (5'-GTGCGA-... for group II intron and after an exonic T for group I intron). If you have Emboss, you can genarate a graphic with option -graph 1. -

It's a simple and small command line application which let you convert any (1-32bit) BMP into a string representation of 0 or 1, or even in hex. The program hasn't any problem with images up to 1000 * 1000 px. Program generates passwords from hash, not from random numbers.
Algorithm: 1. Concatenate "User", "Resource", "Master password" (yes, it is correct order!) to one string. 2. Calculate RIPEMD-160 hash of that string. 3. Convert hash to big number (from 0 to 2^160 - 1). 4. Translate number to 62-sign numeral system. 5. Each digit is represented as char 0-9, A-Z, a-z. 6. So, we get a password!
