EVSoftware - TWD: Tracing Wave Drawing

EVSoftware - TWD: Tracing Wave Drawing

Wave Audio copy based on a background image.

TWD: Tracing Wave Drawing is a tool used to copy using Bezier curves one audio wave based on a background image then export data to floating point or Wav Audio. The bezier curves generated data "," floating that are stored in a text box are the coordinates of each segment consisting of the waveform, only in this way can be exported waveform copied and import it into another instrument hardware or software .. You can also experiment with TWD since not only limited to the field of Audio, but also by the coordinates of 'floating, you can program in cycles innumerable factors in Robotics. this is just an idea of what you can get with TWD

    WaveSorter

A powerful, versatile tool for offilne spike analysis and sorting

...Slider controls let the user select any coefficient or sample from any of several transforms, which can then be plotted to either axis of a 2D histogram (scatterplot). Within the waveform space, cursor-based controls let the user select subregions of the waveform space or individual waveforms to view. The user may cluster waveforms manually or via one of several popular clustering programs. The classification along with waveform properties (width, etc.) can be saved to disk in simple text files. WaveSorter is written in C++, utilizes the GNU Scientific Library for all computation, and is highly parallelized; on modern hardware it can handle files containing several 100,000s of waveforms per channel with almost no noticeable loss in GUI fluidity and <1sec lags for files with >1,000,000 waveforms per channel. ...

    1raster-tracker

    One Rasterline Tracker (for C64)

This littre tracker has a special player which only needs around 65 CPU cycles (1 rasterline) to produce music on the Commodore 64's SID sound-chip. Due to the rastertime-limit there are some restrictions but with clever solutions you can tweak good sound out of it... check out the included example-tunes to learn how... NOTE: I left SourceForge for reasons not ethical to mention here. You can find me and my further work at these locations:...

    NEural SOrter

    NEural SOrter

a tool for offline electrophysiological recording analysis

...NESO offers new exclusive features like: - supports linux - analyzes many les at once - classifies as the same unit the same - waveforms cointained in separated files at once - spike viewer allows you to select and delete artefacts very easily just dragging the cursor - selects spikes manually to sort or delete them with just one click At this point you can: - analyze NeuroShare and MultiChannel Systems recordings - view your recordings as superimposed waveforms or as waveforms in time - use PCA and Height vs Width analysis to extract waveform features - use Vectorial Quantization or K-Means anaysis to sort the waveforms (spikes) classify spikes as diferent units - use templates to sort spikes - save the analysis results as NeuroShare format Developers: Daniel de Santos Sierra Cristina Soto Sanchez

    ISFReadPlot

Reads & plots waveform files that use the Tektronix '.ISF' format.

This application reads in and plots scope waveform files that use the Tektronix '.ISF' format. The '.ISF' binary format file is created when channel waveform data is saved out of an oscilloscope. Either drag&drop the '.ISF' files into the grid OR use the 'File Open' menu selection. Once all the ISF files are in the grid, enter the percent (starting from the beginning) to plot into the '% to plot' column in the grid.
