    Object Relational Mapping

...A Model is an abstraction over one or more database tables. Models support associations. The name of the model is assumed to match the table name. Models can be in separate modules. Simply ensure that the module holding the models uses module.exports to publish a function that accepts the database connection, then load your models however you like.

    MORO-Modularity and Robustness Analysis
MORO can conveniently analyze the relationship between network modularity and robustness. We employed an existing algorithm to analyze the modularity of directed graphs and a Boolean network model for robustness calculation. In particular, to ensure the robustness algorithm’s applicability to large-scale networks, we implemented it as a parallel algorithm by using the OpenCL library. A batch-mode simulation function was also developed to verify whether an observed relationship between modularity and robustness is conserved in a large set of randomly structured networks. ...

These Matlab codes are the implementation of the TASLP paper, "Speech enhancement based on student t modeling of Teager energy operated perceptual wavelet packet coefficients and a custom thresholding function". In this paper, we showed how the student t distribution can be used to model the perceptual wavelet packet coefficients and how a proper thresholding based on that perform speech enhancement in an efficient way. Teager energy has been used to amplify the difference between the noisy and clean signal coefficients. The link to the paper in pdf: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Md_Tauhidul_Islam2/publications or Matlab code in file exchange: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/55030-speech-enhancement-based-on-student-t-modeling-of-te-operated-pwp-coefficients Please do not forget to cite our paper when you use our code.

JMCAD - modeling of dynamic systems
...With JMCAD, users can quickly develop software or "virtual" prototypes of systems or processes to demonstrate their behavior prior to building physical prototypes. The user builds his system model by selecting predefined blocks from a block library and simply wiring the blocks together. Each block of the diagram performs a function. Users can also create custom blocks in Java and add them to the JMCAD block library. JMCAD is a block diagram language for creating complex nonlinear dynamic systems.

A Node.js tool to examine the correctness of Open Data Metadata

Linked Open Data (LOD) has emerged as one of the largest collection of interlinked datasets on the web. Benefiting from this mine of data requires the existence of descriptive information about each dataset in the accompanying metadata. Such meta information is currently very limited to few data portals where they are usually provided manually thus giving little or bad quality insights. To address this issue, we propose a scalable automatic approach for extracting, validating and generating...

    Scvip

    Source Code Visual Interpretation Program

Usually the project source code consists of hundreds and thousands of files, so it may be difficult for a developer to see the entire picture with all object dependencies and links. Scvip allows you to look at your code in a different way. All the code is converted into a 3D model, something like solar system. "Planets" of that system are objects from the source code. For example, the class A and its function A::F() are represented by a cube and a sphere rotating around it, these objects are textured with a source code of the class A and function A::F(). Currently Scvip supports only C++ source code. ...
