RiCPP is a C++ language binding of Pixar's RenderMan(R) interface. It supports RIB (RenderMan Interface Bytestream) and OpenGL output. It is implemented as DLL and runs on Windows XP platforms. After redesigned it will also run on MacOS and Linux.
...It is kind of like OpenGL's GLU but contains extra functions and optimized functions. The optimizations are done with assembly and are for the x86 architecture. For Win32. For VC++6. It compiles and makes a DLL (and a .LIB for VC++6). The release version of the .H file is also included.
Nothing stops you from using these functions in D3D. Actually, GLHLIB doesn't use any OpenGL functions.
The Cactus 3D engine is a port of the 3D engine programmed by Peter Walser in Java (www.idx3d.ch). It provides an Object-Oriented interface for displaying 3D graphics realtime, and software-rendered. Currently, the library compiles as a Win32 DLL.

TerraPage Utils is a collection of utilities for working with terrain databases in the TerraPage format (http://www.terrex.com). Tools include a TerraPage DLL, a viewer for DirectX and a viewer for OpenGL Performer (not yet started). Available in CVS.
