Helix Toolkit is an open source 3D library that is licensed under the MIT license. The MIT license is very permissive and permits use in proprietary software. The library is based on .NET and is currently focusing on the WPF platform. The goal has been to make it easy to work with 3D in WPF, and also provide features that are not included in the standard WPF 3D visual model. The Graphics Library is built on top of OpenTK, the C# library that wraps OpenGL. The intended clients are technical and engineering graphics applications that require three-dimensional visualization tool. The implementation draws a scene on separate working thread, optionally, the thread-updater may be invoked. The Space3d Library uses Recursive Composition design pattern. The hierarchy by reference, built into the component, plays a dual role in modeling three-dimensional space: first, it provides a control over a lifetime of the object cluster; second, it mirrors a subordination of the object coordinate systems. The project libraries are built with Visual Studio, using .NET Framework 4.7.1. To test the graphics capabilities, compile and run the GraphicsTest solution. To test the Space3d Library, compile and run the Space3dTest solution.

This plugin enable unsupported functionalities for Autodesk Inventor 2014 and above. Autodesk doesn't support Autorun macros for VBA projects anymore, but with this plugin it is still possible to use the commands "AutoOpen", "AutoEdit", "AutoSave", "AutoClose" and "AutoNew" subroutines stored within "Thisdocument" module.

Controls and displays often fail to meet the requirements of users with visual, hearing, mobility or dexterity impairments. It is difficult for mainstream manufacturers to have a detailed understanding of these needs and how to design for them. Manufacturers would benefit from the support of a third party solution to input the necessary knowledge.
