How to run IMAGE example. 1) Unzip the file, 2) cd example ; Run IMAGE. 3) perl ../image.pl This produces the help and then you can configure your inputs for your data. Each perl script has examples for its usage. Need to format files like examples.

I also require the manual for this software. It is apparently not included in the .zip file or anywhere on sourceforge or the Sanger website.
