The platform is designed so businesses can get contract insights while minimizing exposure of unrelated sensitive details — for example, you do not need to provide payment card numbers or personal email addresses. Access to the AI-generated analysis (DocAI) requires users to accept the service’s terms and conditions.
Supported file types and upload limits
The service accepts PDF files and enforces size and length limits to ensure reliable processing: documents must be no larger than 5 MB and no longer than 150 pages. If you don’t have a file to test, Zuva supplies example contracts for trial use.
