Vimarsh — a pocket library for Swadhyayees
Vimarsh is an iPhone application published by Satvichar Darshan, a registered charitable trust inspired by Revered Pandurangshastri Athavale (commonly called Rev. Dadaji). The app was created to put the trust’s spiritual and philosophical writings into the hands of swadhyayees (regular students and listeners), enabling ongoing study and reflection.
What the digital collection includes
- Selected Stotras and devotional hymns
- Commentaries on the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita
- Teachings drawn from the Vedas
- Explanations of classical Sutras
- Interpretations of the Upanishads
- Additional related scriptural material and essays
Where these writings come from
Most of the material in Vimarsh originated as articles and discourses published in the monthly magazine Tattvajnana. Over approximately six decades, those monthly pieces were gathered, edited, and organized into the volumes now accessible through the app.
Ways to use and obtain the books
The app provides full access to digital editions of the compiled works and also includes an option to order printed copies for those who prefer physical books. This dual availability helps swadhyayees continue their study and practice regardless of location.
