App Overview
The Uniden RTACH application for iPhone improves the usability of compatible Uniden radar and laser detectors by delivering live notifications and on-screen controls. It’s a no-cost companion app that pairs with supported detectors to give drivers greater situational awareness and easy access to detector settings from their phone.

- Add or flag your own locations on the map for quick reference
- View known red-light and speed camera sites using the Map Screen display
Updates and Connectivity
Keeping your detector current is straightforward:
- Use a Wi‑Fi connection to apply firmware updates and refresh the on-device database
- Receive lifetime, no-cost updates to the red-light and speed camera database
